Co-Star- ATCO Properties and Management Expanding Acquisitions Team

ATCO Properties & Management has promoted Ryan Huber and hired Joao Casimiro in the Manhattan-based investment and ownership platform's Glendale, NY office. In their new roles, Huber and Casimiro will be responsible for sourcing and closing new transactions across the company's national commercial real estate portfolio with a focus on value-add retail, office and mixed-use properties.
